We will be spending the weekend talking about relationships, human development and where God sees us in all of it! It is sure to be a spiritually rewarding weekend and a great time to bond with your child! If you plan on attending, please let Terri Cole know by Feb 29, 2012.

Additional Events/Meetings

Sunday, Feb. 19th @ 6:30pm
Join us for a spirit-filled evening of gospel music, dance, and performance led by Christian jazz trumpeter Linton Smith, Jr. and his wife, vocalist Louise Smith. Also scheduled to appear are Psalmist Rebecca English, Unspoken Word Mime Ministry, Let it Out International Dance Company, and 8 year old drummer Elsirac James. There is no admission but a love offering will be collected for the performing artists.

United Methodist Men
The men will be going to join a statewide gathering of United Methodist Men for an evening of good food, fellowship, music and devotion. The Annual Fish Fry will be held on Monday, February 27th. The bus will be leaving Red Bank at 5pm and we usually are back around 9:30pm. The Annual Gathering will be held @ Rehoboth UMC in Columbia. The cost for the evening will be $8.00 per person, payable at the door. Questions? Contact John Childers or Bruce Brown for more info.

MED MISSION offers free check-ups, screenings & treatment for residents of Lexington County in a caring, Christian environment. Patients will also receive referrals to local community assistance programs for additional treatment if needed. If you are uninsured & need to see a doctor, Med Mission, under the direction of Suzanne Schwab, M.D., is offering free medical care. Our mobile van will be at: Mt. School Supplies The Friendship Circle is collecting supplies for students of Saxe Gotha Elementary School. Loose leaf–paper, pencils, note- books, crayons, markers, binders, glue sticks, pencil boxes and bags, Kleenex, hand sanitizer, folders, composition books, etc. are all welcome to help make the school year a success for students in need.
