The Administrative Council provides for the planning and implementing of programs of nurture, out-reach,
witness, and resources in the church. The Administrative Council is the approving body responsible for the
planning and administration of the organizational and temporal life of the church. It shall envision, plan,
implement, and annually evaluate the mission and ministry of the church.

The Chairperson of Council conducts and oversees the monthly meetings of the Board using a standard
agenda and Roberts Rules of Order. Minutes of Board meetings are produced, published and maintained.
Chairpersons and Treasurers give standing reports followed by the Pastor’s Report, Old Business and New Business. The Board is made up of Chairpersons of all committees, Coordinators of Various Ministries, and Members-at-Large. The Board meets the 1st Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. (except in July & December)
